-Once you purchase a personalized Cigar Ash Tray, please email darcwoodco@gmail.com with your requested initials or logo. Please note, we have font options shown in the reference photos. If a logo is chosen, please send it in .SVG format. Each Ash Tray is hand made and as such requires 2 weeks to complete from the date of purchase. You will receive notification once the ash tray is complete and shipped with respective tracking number.

We take every precaution to ensure that your product is packaged securely and arrives in pristine condition, but we cannot control how the shipping carrier handles your package.
